Very often in life we see the inequalities between boy and girl. Society has the idea girls are the weaker, the less capable than boys. This misconception starts at the very beginning when parents bring their child home. Women need to feel confident that they can excel, and that they have talent, skills, potential and capabilities that equal men’s. Be always ready, be open to any and all opportunities to learn, women should believe in to their own capabilities and skills and be willing to try new things. Stop any discussions that characterize differences between men’s vs. women’s leadership styles. Focus on your strengths and always move forward knowing you can succeed at what you choose to do.
