  • Transforming Emotional Hurt into a Gateway for Growth:

    By ChoitalykRuman

In life, emotional hurt is inevitable. Whether it stems from personal relationships, professional setbacks, or the challenges life throws at us, we all experience pain. However, what if I told you that these painful moments are not mere stumbling blocks but gateways to something much greater? In fact, they can be powerful catalysts for accessing deeper energy and profound growth.

    Understanding Emotional Hurt:
Emotional hurt often feels like a burden—something we wish to escape from as quickly as possible. The initial reaction is to numb the pain, push it aside, or avoid confronting it altogether. But when we do this, we miss out on an essential opportunity. Emotional pain, when acknowledged and processed, can serve as a transformative force in our lives.

    The Energy Within Pain:

Pain is a form of energy. It is raw, intense, and, when harnessed correctly, it can propel us forward. When we allow ourselves to feel our emotions fully, we open the door to understanding the root cause of our hurt. This self-awareness is the first step towards healing and growth. Instead of seeing pain as a negative force, we can reframe it as a source of untapped energy, waiting to be directed towards positive change.

    Growth Through Suffering:

Every time we endure emotional pain, we are presented with a choice: to let it consume us or to use it as a stepping stone towards growth. The process of overcoming emotional hurt requires us to dig deep within ourselves, to confront our fears, insecurities, and vulnerabilities. It is through this introspection that we begin to grow. We learn more about who we are, what we value, and what truly matters in our lives.

    The Power of Resilience:

Resilience is born out of struggle. Each time we overcome a painful experience, we become stronger, more resilient, and better equipped to face future challenges. This newfound strength is not just physical or mental but also spiritual. It connects us to a greater energy source—a wellspring of inner power that we may not have known existed within us.

    Embracing the Journey:

The journey through emotional hurt is not easy. It requires patience, self-compassion, and the willingness to embrace vulnerability. But it is a journey worth taking. Every step we take towards healing brings us closer to a deeper understanding of ourselves and our place in the world. It is through this process that we can access a higher level of consciousness, one that is rooted in love, empathy, and a profound sense of purpose.

Turning Hurt into HealingIn the end, emotional hurt is not something to be feared or avoided. It is a natural part of the human experience and, when approached with the right mindset, can be a powerful force for growth.

By acknowledging our pain, tapping into the energy it holds, and allowing ourselves to grow from it, we can transform our lives in ways we never imagined. So the next time you find yourself in the midst of emotional hurt, remember: this too is a gateway to something greater.

  • Time Slips Quietly—Let’s Not Let Life Pass Us

    By ChoitalykRuman

It was a quiet Thursday morning when Sonoma looked out her kitchen window, coffee in hand, and noticed how golden the leaves had turned. The trees that had once been full of vibrant green were now casting soft shadows in shades of amber and rust. She smiled, but a strange heaviness settled in her chest.

“Wasn’t it just spring?” she whispered to herself.

That morning, she realized how quickly life was passing her by. The days seemed to melt into one another. Morning turned into night almost before she had time to sit down. Mondays disappeared into Fridays, and the months… well, they vanished before she could catch her breath. Her children, once clinging to her knees, now lived in cities hours away. Her parents, once so lively, were beginning to slow down.

She hadn’t planned for life to move this fast—it just did.

And that’s the thing, isn’t it? We don’t always see it happening. We think we have time. We tell ourselves we’ll make that call later, take that trip next year, start that project when things calm down. We hold back on saying “I love you” or “I’m sorry” because we assume there will always be another chance.

    But time doesn’t wait.

Sonoma remembered how her best friend, Laila, used to say, “The coffee gets cold, sweetheart. Don’t wait too long.” She thought of the last time they sat on the porch together, wrapped in blankets, laughing over nothing—and how she hadn’t known it would be their last afternoon like that. Life had changed since then. Laila was gone now. Just like so many others Sonoma had loved.

Still, despite all that time had taken, Sonoma wasn’t bitter. In fact, something inside her softened that day. She knew she couldn’t get back the years, but she could show up for the ones still unfolding.

So, she decided to live with more presence. To stop rushing. To stop waiting for “later” to do the things her heart whispered for her to do now.

She began lighting candles at dinner, even when she ate alone. She called her son just to hear his voice. She walked barefoot in the grass when no one was watching. She looked strangers in the eye and smiled, even if they didn’t smile back. She started writing down her stories—just in case her grandchildren wanted to know one day who she really was.

Sonoma chose not to let life slip by unnoticed anymore.

And maybe that’s the message for all of us:
We may not be able to slow time, but we can honor it.

We can fill our days with beauty, connection, and meaning.
We can say the words that matter.
We can stop saving joy for special occasions.
We can stop treating “later” like it’s promised.

    Because it’s not.

The days we live now are the special occasions.

Life may feel long, but it’s really a blink.
And the only way to make the most of it is to start—today, right now—with whatever love, peace, and joy we can carry.

  • Blessings Hidden Behind Closed Doors

Have you ever stood at a crossroads in life and felt like the door you desperately wanted to walk through just wouldn’t budge? Or perhaps you were surprised when a door swung open effortlessly, leading you into a chapter you never imagined?
Both moments—the open doors and the closed ones—are not random. They are part of a divine plan written with wisdom far beyond our understanding.

When God opens a door, it’s because He has prepared the path for you. He’s aligning people, opportunities, and timing in a way that you may not see yet, but will one day look back on with awe. Embrace it. Step forward with courage. That open door is an invitation to grow, to stretch, to trust.
And when a door closes? That, too, is a gift. Yes, it may feel like a setback, a loss, or even a rejection. But often, what feels like a “no” from God is really a redirection toward something far greater. Think of the person who didn’t get the job they prayed for, only to be offered one later that fulfilled their soul’s calling. Or the relationship that ended, making room for healing and self-discovery, and eventually, a love that honored their worth.

Life will always bring change—it’s the only constant. Seasons shift. People evolve. Circumstances rise and fall. But in every twist and turn, you have a choice: to react in fear or to respond in faith.
Don’t question God’s plan just because it doesn’t look like your plan. Don’t assume the story is over just because the page turned unexpectedly. The author of life sees the whole book. Let Him write your story. Let Him order your steps.

Be still in moments of confusion. Be patient in seasons of waiting. And be joyful even in uncertainty—because you are not alone. You are being guided, shaped, and prepared for something beautiful.
Whatever you’re facing today, hold on to this truth: God is good, always. And everything that is happening—whether it feels pleasant or painful—is working together for your highest good.

Trust the process. Keep your faith strong. Walk in gratitude. Your breakthrough might just be one more closed door away.
Stay blessed, stay hopeful, and keep going.
    #ChoitalykRuman

Be still. Be faithful. Be blessed.
    God is always good.

  • Understanding and Overcoming Fear: A Journey Within

    ChoitalykRuman

Fear is a natural human emotion, often arising in response to perceived threats or uncertainties. However, when fear holds us back from pursuing our goals or living fully, it becomes a barrier we must address. A powerful technique to overcome fear involves self-inquiry and inner observation.

    Asking the Right Question:

When you find yourself fearful, start by asking, “Why am I afraid to do this?” This question is the gateway to understanding the roots of your fear. It prompts you to pause and reflect rather than react impulsively.

    Inner Observation :

Once you have posed the question, the next step is to observe the fear within yourself. This requires a moment of introspection where you allow yourself to feel the fear without judgment. Notice where it manifests in your body, the thoughts it triggers, and the emotions it brings up.

    Finding the Source:

Through careful observation, you can trace the fear back to its source. Often, fears are rooted in past experiences, societal conditioning, or limiting beliefs. By identifying the origin, you can begin to understand why this fear has a hold on you

    Dwelling in the Source:

The remedy for overcoming fear lies in dwelling in its source. This means confronting the fear head-on and allowing yourself to experience it fully. By doing so, you demystify the fear and diminish its power over you. This process can be uncomfortable, but it is essential for transformation.

    Practical Steps to Overcome Fear:

    1. Meditation and Mindfulness: Regular meditation can help you become more attuned to your inner world and cultivate a non-reactive awareness. Mindfulness practices can help you stay present and manage fear as it arises.

    2. Journaling: Writing down your fears and the insights you gain from observing them can provide clarity and a sense of release. It can also help you track your progress over time.

    3. Seek Support:

Sometimes, talking to a trusted friend, mentor, or therapist can provide new perspectives and emotional support as you confront your fears.Gradual Exposure: If your fear is related to a specific activity or situation, gradually exposing yourself to it in small, manageable steps can help you build confidence and resilience.

    4. Gradual Exposure:

If your fear is related to a specific activity or situation, gradually exposing yourself to it in small, manageable steps can help you build confidence and resilience.

    Embracing Courage:

Remember, the goal is not to eliminate fear entirely but to cultivate the courage to move forward despite it. By understanding and dwelling in the source of your fear, you can transform it into a catalyst for growth and self-discovery.

In conclusion, facing your fears is a profound journey that begins with a simple question and leads to deep inner exploration. Embrace this journey with patience and compassion, and you will find the strength to overcome the barriers that fear creates.

  • Love Heals

If you ever face difficult people in your life, Don’t react or hate them. They all are part of your life experience. Our true divine nature is love, purity, peace, bliss, happiness. Later those original true qualities buried deep beneath under the pain . Their negative attitude is caused by environmental factors and how they are raised. In deeper level they have unhealed pain and unfelt emotions. Since original good qualities are not easily accessible, they respond to you from a place of pain and unworthiness.
It is not your fault, So do not take it personally. Change your perception and see them as a teacher.
When people are triggering us; more love is needed. Hate is a danger to us all. Only love can heal such a wound !! Love is powerful but it does not fight, it does not battle. ~ CR
