  • The Light of Silence

    When I begin to speak with You, my Lord,
    a tremor rises in the sky of my heart.
    It feels as though something vast is waiting,
    something no tongue can ever carry,
    no ear can ever fully receive.
    A truth that escapes the net of words,
    a hymn only silence knows.

    And then—suddenly,
    the words fall away.
    I am left with stillness,
    a stillness so deep
    it becomes my only voice.

    Before You, O my Lord,
    I stand stripped of every mask.
    Pride crumbles into dust,
    achievements scatter like broken glass,
    desires fade like shadows at dawn.
    What I clung to as color
    returns to pale dust.
    What I claimed as mine
    becomes nothing at all.

    This world with its glitter,
    its vanity and hunger,
    its painted dreams and fleeting triumphs,
    how easily they vanish in Your light.
    What seemed eternal
    proves to be smoke upon the river of time.

    And so it is with laughter and sorrow,
    with love and its shattering,
    with hope and the hollowness it leaves behind.
    All dissolve,
    like morning mist
    torn apart by an unseen wind.

    Yet one truth endures, one flame does not die:
    You.
    Only You.
    Beyond all measure,
    beyond all decay,
    only You remain.

    So I bring what little I have.
    I offer silence as my gift.
    I lift my unfallen tears as prayer.
    I lay down this fractured heart
    as an offering at Your feet.

    For You know already,
    every word before it takes shape,
    every thought before it finds breath.
    You know the wound behind the smile,
    the sorrow that hides behind steady eyes.
    You know the tears that never fall,
    the prayers that never cross the lips,
    the longing that burns
    only in the chamber of silence.

    O my Lord,
    You are the light within that silence.
    You are the companion who never leaves.
    You are the dwelling place of my soul,
    the beginning and the endless return.

    And so I rest in You.
    Not in triumph, not in despair,
    but in the quiet that holds all things.
    I rest in You,
    my silence,
    my prayer,
    my eternal Home#

  • The Journey of the Soul: From Belief to Oneness

    Spirituality is not a fixed destination—it is a journey, an unfolding of the heart. Along the way, we experience different stages of how we relate to the Divine.

    At first, many of us begin with belief. We sense that there is something higher, something greater than ourselves. Belief gives us comfort and direction, yet it can also keep the Divine at a distance, as if heaven and earth are separated.

    With time, belief may blossom into love. Love draws the Divine nearer. It transforms ideas into living presence. In love, we begin to feel God not as far away, but right before us—alive in the sunrise, in the laughter of a child, in the quiet strength of the heart.

    Beyond love lies a deeper mystery: the state of dissolving into the Divine. Here, there is no separation at all. The small self disappears, and the soul awakens to its true essence—one with all life, free and infinite. This is where spirituality reveals its deepest truth: that the Divine is not apart from us, but the very core of our being.


    A Simple Story

    There is an old tale of a seeker who once asked his teacher:
    “Where can I find God?”

    The teacher pointed to the sky. “In belief, God is above you.”
    The seeker prayed faithfully, and the sky became a place of hope. Yet, God still felt far away.

    One day, the teacher placed a flower in the seeker’s hand and said,
    “When you love, God stands before you.”
    The seeker began to see beauty in every corner of life—in people, in nature, in every breath. God was no longer distant, but near.

    Years later, the seeker returned with tears in his eyes. “But where is God now?” he asked.

    The teacher smiled and whispered,
    “When you are no longer searching, when you have emptied yourself of ‘I’ and ‘mine,’ you will find that you were never separate at all. God is not above you or before you—God is within you, as you.”


    Spirituality is not about collecting knowledge or memorizing truths. It is the gentle expansion of consciousness, a widening of awareness, until every moment carries the fragrance of the sacred.

    Perhaps the invitation for each of us is this: to begin with belief, grow into love, and finally surrender into oneness. For in losing ourselves in the Divine, we do not lose—we finally find.

  • When God Opens or Closes a Door—There’s Always a Reason

    Have you ever stood at a crossroads in life and felt like the door you desperately wanted to walk through just wouldn’t budge? Or perhaps you were surprised when a door swung open effortlessly, leading you into a chapter you never imagined?

    Both moments—the open doors and the closed ones—are not random. They are part of a divine plan written with wisdom far beyond our understanding.

    When God opens a door, it’s because He has prepared the path for you. He’s aligning people, opportunities, and timing in a way that you may not see yet, but will one day look back on with awe. Embrace it. Step forward with courage. That open door is an invitation to grow, to stretch, to trust.

    And when a door closes? That, too, is a gift. Yes, it may feel like a setback, a loss, or even a rejection. But often, what feels like a “no” from God is really a redirection toward something far greater. Think of the person who didn’t get the job they prayed for, only to be offered one later that fulfilled their soul’s calling. Or the relationship that ended, making room for healing and self-discovery, and eventually, a love that honored their worth.

    Life will always bring change—it’s the only constant. Seasons shift. People evolve. Circumstances rise and fall. But in every twist and turn, you have a choice: to react in fear or to respond in faith.

    Don’t question God’s plan just because it doesn’t look like your plan. Don’t assume the story is over just because the page turned unexpectedly. The Author of life sees the whole book. Let Him write your story. Let Him order your steps.

    Be still in moments of confusion. Be patient in seasons of waiting. And be joyful even in uncertainty—because you are not alone. You are being guided, shaped, and prepared for something beautiful.

    Whatever you’re facing today, hold on to this truth: God is good, always. And everything that is happening—whether it feels pleasant or painful—is working together for your highest good.

    Trust the process. Keep your faith strong. Walk in gratitude. Your breakthrough might just be one more closed door away.

    Stay blessed, stay hopeful, and keep going.

  • Standing on the Bright Side of Life: Choosing Hope and Resilience in the Face of Life’s Dualities

    I have tasted the sweetness and bitterness of life, savoring its joys and enduring its trials. The sunshine has warmed my soul, while the hailstorms have tested my resilience. I understand that darkness is an inevitable part of the human journey—an inescapable shadow that occasionally looms. Yet, I also know it is not a place where I am meant to dwell indefinitely.

    While I may not have the power to banish darkness completely, I hold the power to decide how I respond to it. When faced with the choice of where to root myself, I will always choose the bright side of life—the side where hope, love, and gratitude flourish.

    There, amidst the light, I will build my sanctuary. I will embrace the radiance and let it seep into my being. Even when the storms rage and shadows try to pull me back, I will remind myself that my true home is in the light. It is in that luminous space that I can grow, heal, and thrive, no matter what life brings my way.

    Life is a rich tapestry of experiences, woven together with moments of joy and sorrow, triumph and struggle. Each of us tastes the sweetness and bitterness that life offers, savoring the highs and enduring the lows. I have walked through sunlit meadows, basking in the warmth of happiness, and braved fierce hailstorms that tested my courage and resolve.

    Through these experiences, I have come to a profound realization: darkness is an inevitable part of life. It visits us all, unbidden and sometimes unrelenting. Yet, as much as I cannot escape the existence of darkness, I also know it is not a place where I must linger.

    The Pull of Darkness

    Darkness often carries an allure. It whispers that staying in its shadow requires less effort, that it is safer to remain hidden than to reach for the light. In moments of pain, loss, or despair, it can feel easier to succumb to the heaviness than to fight our way through it. But I’ve learned that staying too long in that space can rob us of the beauty and potential that life still holds.

    Choosing the Light

    When confronted with life’s challenges, I ask myself: Where do I belong? The answer is always the same. I belong on the bright side of life, where hope, joy, and possibility reside. But choosing this path is not always easy. It requires a conscious decision—a commitment to focus on what uplifts rather than what drags us down.

    Standing in the light doesn’t mean denying the existence of darkness. It doesn’t mean ignoring pain or pretending that struggles don’t exist. Rather, it’s about acknowledging those moments while refusing to let them define us. It’s about deciding to plant our feet on a foundation of hope, even when everything around us feels uncertain.

    Making the Bright Side Your Home

    Choosing the bright side of life isn’t just about moments of decision—it’s about creating a lasting mindset. It’s about making the light your home and anchoring yourself there. But how do we do this?

    Cultivate Gratitude: Even in the midst of storms, there is always something to be thankful for. Gratitude shifts our focus from what we lack to what we have, illuminating the blessings in our lives.

    Surround Yourself with Positivity: The people we spend time with and the environments we choose greatly impact our state of mind. Seek out relationships and spaces that nurture your spirit.

    Find Strength in Challenges: Every trial brings an opportunity for growth. The hailstorms of life may bruise us, but they also build resilience. View your challenges as stepping stones toward becoming your strongest self.

    Embrace the Present: Life’s sweetness is often found in its simplest moments—a kind word, a shared laugh, or the beauty of nature. By grounding yourself in the present, you create space for joy to flourish.

    Holding Onto Light During Dark Times

    There will still be moments when the darkness seems overwhelming, when the storms feel unending. In those times, remind yourself that light is always within reach. Seek the small sparks—an encouraging word, a favorite song, or a moment of quiet reflection. These sparks may seem insignificant, but together, they can guide you back to the brightness.

    A Journey Worth Taking

    The journey toward the bright side of life is ongoing. It’s not a destination you arrive at and remain forever, but a choice you make every day. With each decision to stand in the light, you strengthen your ability to face life’s storms and savor its joys.

    I have learned to accept life’s duality—the interplay of sunshine and hailstorms, sweetness, and bitterness. I know I can not escape darkness entirely, but I can refuse to make my home within its shadow. Instead, I will always strive to stand in the light, to make the bright side of life my sanctuary. And from that place of warmth and hope, I will find the strength to face whatever comes my way.

The mind is a brilliant tool, helping us solve problems, make decisions, and reach our goals. This chapter explores how we can harness the mind’s clarity and insight while staying rooted in the wisdom of the heart.

This chapter explores how science is finally catching up with what ancient teachings have always known, shedding light on the profound bond between the heart and mind.

    Story: Maya and Asif – The Friendship of Logic and Intuition

    Maya and Asif had been friends since childhood, but they couldn’t be more different. Maya was logical, a scientist who trusted data and research. Asif, on the other hand, was deeply spiritual, known for following his intuition and often using prayer as a source of guidance.
