  • Don’t Give Up

    No matter how many times life has knocked me down in all areas of my life; I made courage to get back up to achieve greatness. I always say to myself: I can do it.      When we are standing on the threshold point and that’s when God appears with help. Today I have experienced God’s presence. We may forget God, but our creator does not forget us. God only Loves you, never ever judged you. With the kindness of God

    Before I begin my day, I visualize all the fantastic things that it will bring.
    Each day is a new day filled with possibilities & potential.
    Each morning I renew my commitment to keep an open heart and open mind.

  • Mother’s Day VS Mother’s Love

    A mother looks back affectionately on raising her child and she wants her child to know it was always a privilege to be a mother.

    Have you ever thought about how a child ended up with a certain mother?

    According to Sufi mysticism, the soul of the child look down and see every person in the world.  Then he  selects a woman as their mother. When he finds the one that will be able to help him fulfill his life’s purpose, he makes his choice. The relationship between the mother and child is no accident. God send each of us in this world for a reason. Sometimes a child may dislike his mother and wish he had a different one as his mother. It is important to remember your soul made the choice for a reason. This woman can help you get through this life and live your purpose.
    Every Mother is special. Respect your Mom and other Moms. Please do not discriminate by mentioning your mother’s academic qualifications. Academic qualification has nothing to do with mother’s Love. So Keep aside your Mom’s educational paper certificate while we are talking about mother’s Love. It creates separation between one human being to another. Mother’s Love is beyond all those. Please learn to respect mothers regardless of their profession.
    Some of you claim every day is a Mother’s Day but in reality we keep ourselves busy with multiple chores. Like attending School, spouse, raise kids, maintain family, career, business, health and fitness. So everyday we might not get opportunity to express our Love towards her. A mother plays a very significant role in our lives. She is the woman who made it possible for us to exist.
    Yes, it is Mothers day. Mom works so hard for all of us. It is okay to make her special on this designated Day. You may perform additional prayers for her well beings. Tell her loud and clear that she is very important and special to you and she makes your world a much more magnificent place to live. She needs to get the acknowledgement what she does for us and there is nothing better than to make Mothers Day special for her. Celebrate with her and make sure that this time she knows that she is very dear to you.
    Don’t forget that our mothers will never tell about their difficulties, suffering and struggles but we can always do something to lessen her loads. If your Mom is not in this planet pray for her soul to be rest in peace.
    It is the appropriate time that we recognize the importance of this angel in our life. She is continuously making our life happy with her kindness, love and care. Happy Mothers Day to you all. Mom I love you. Sending Love and prayers for those Mother who are no more <3 CR1079

  • Mindfulness

    Great Philosopher Socrates said Know Thyself.  We must know thyself to be wise.

    We see a person and we know only their outer image but each of us has another person inside we don’t know them. I

    This person is not the roles you are playing every day.  You can be a friend, brother, sister, employee, boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife, partner, father, mother, son, daughter etc.but these are just a characteristics of you.

    These characteristics don’t represent who you truly are. Your inner self is who you really are.

    To know your internal self is to know your purpose, your values, your visions, your motivations, your goals and your beliefs. Not as what you have learned from others since you born.  You have to discover your own self.

    If you practice mindfulness then you will be able to feel that person. Mindfulness is very simple state of mind; it is an open attention on the present. Just observe your thoughts and feelings from a distance, don’t judge them good or bad. Just let your life pass you by, just live in the moment and expand the awareness. ~#CR1078
