  • When the Path Becomes Heavy, Remember the Sacred Within

    By Choitalyk Ruman

There are times when the journey does not simply feel steep, it feels endless. Each step carries the weight of unseen burdens, and the soul grows tired from carrying what was never meant to be carried alone. In such moments, hope does not vanish loudly; it fades in silence. Faith feels distant, and even prayer seems to echo back unanswered.

When this happens, do not rush forward.
    Pause.
    Turn inward.

Return to the self that existed before pain taught you how to shrink. The self that once trusted life without needing proof. That earlier self still lives within you; quiet now, perhaps bruised by loss and disappointment, but never destroyed. Waiting. Remembering.

Life has pressed hard. It has asked you to endure more than you expected. It has shaped you through longing, separation, and unanswered questions. Yet suffering is not proof of failure, it is often the doorway through which wisdom enters.

In that stillness, another memory rises gently.

Remember your mother’s voice, the songs sung before the world felt harsh. The warmth that held you before you learned to guard your heart. Those teachings were not small; they were sacred transmissions. They planted roots deep enough to survive storms.

    Never forget who you are.
Never forget how to fly, butterfly.
Never forget where you come from.

You carry a rich lineage, an ancient culture etched into your spirit. Even when the world pressures you to soften your edges or become someone easier to understand, resist. There is no need to abandon your essence to belong.

    Be you.

The path of becoming is not gentle. It asks for surrender, patience, and trust in the unseen. At times, you may feel cracked open, uncertain, or lost, but this is not the end. This is transformation. Just as the butterfly does not escape the cocoon without struggle, your unfolding requires endurance.

The cocoon is dark, and the struggle is real. Like the butterfly, you cannot skip the pressure and still learn how to fly. Transformation always feels like loss before it feels like freedom.

So walk forward gently, not with force, but with remembrance.
Let suffering refine you, not erase you.
Let faith return slowly, like dawn after a long night.

Let suffering soften you, not silence you.
One day, someone will see you, not as a type, not as a color, not as a version but as a whole human being.

    You are not broken.
    You are becoming.

You were never rejected by life.
You were protected from forgetting who you are.

  • Transforming Emotional Hurt into a Gateway for Growth:

    By ChoitalykRuman

In life, emotional hurt is inevitable. Whether it stems from personal relationships, professional setbacks, or the challenges life throws at us, we all experience pain. However, what if I told you that these painful moments are not mere stumbling blocks but gateways to something much greater? In fact, they can be powerful catalysts for accessing deeper energy and profound growth.

    Understanding Emotional Hurt:
Emotional hurt often feels like a burden—something we wish to escape from as quickly as possible. The initial reaction is to numb the pain, push it aside, or avoid confronting it altogether. But when we do this, we miss out on an essential opportunity. Emotional pain, when acknowledged and processed, can serve as a transformative force in our lives.

    The Energy Within Pain:

Pain is a form of energy. It is raw, intense, and, when harnessed correctly, it can propel us forward. When we allow ourselves to feel our emotions fully, we open the door to understanding the root cause of our hurt. This self-awareness is the first step towards healing and growth. Instead of seeing pain as a negative force, we can reframe it as a source of untapped energy, waiting to be directed towards positive change.

    Growth Through Suffering:

Every time we endure emotional pain, we are presented with a choice: to let it consume us or to use it as a stepping stone towards growth. The process of overcoming emotional hurt requires us to dig deep within ourselves, to confront our fears, insecurities, and vulnerabilities. It is through this introspection that we begin to grow. We learn more about who we are, what we value, and what truly matters in our lives.

    The Power of Resilience:

Resilience is born out of struggle. Each time we overcome a painful experience, we become stronger, more resilient, and better equipped to face future challenges. This newfound strength is not just physical or mental but also spiritual. It connects us to a greater energy source—a wellspring of inner power that we may not have known existed within us.

    Embracing the Journey:

The journey through emotional hurt is not easy. It requires patience, self-compassion, and the willingness to embrace vulnerability. But it is a journey worth taking. Every step we take towards healing brings us closer to a deeper understanding of ourselves and our place in the world. It is through this process that we can access a higher level of consciousness, one that is rooted in love, empathy, and a profound sense of purpose.

Turning Hurt into HealingIn the end, emotional hurt is not something to be feared or avoided. It is a natural part of the human experience and, when approached with the right mindset, can be a powerful force for growth.

By acknowledging our pain, tapping into the energy it holds, and allowing ourselves to grow from it, we can transform our lives in ways we never imagined. So the next time you find yourself in the midst of emotional hurt, remember: this too is a gateway to something greater.

  • Cherish the Moments Before They Slip Away

Life moves swiftly, often feeling like a blur of responsibilities, challenges, and unexpected turns. It wasn’t until I experienced a deep moment of loss and reflection that I truly understood how precious time is. I remember a time when I gave my heart to someone, trusted them with my vulnerabilities, and believed they would stand by me in my hardest moments. But when I needed them the most, they weren’t there. The absence stung, leaving behind a hollow space where love once resided.

I spent days questioning, wondering why love sometimes fails to hold its promise of companionship. At first, I felt pain and disappointment, but then I turned inward. Instead of seeking answers from the outside world, I embarked on a journey within—a journey of self-discovery, healing, and peace.

I am trying to learn about myself, to live within the sound of my slow breathing, which moves like a soft-feathered bird. It is an extremely peaceful journey within me. As I sit in stillness, closing my physical eyes, I begin to see a magnificent view—not with my sight, but with my soul. Ahh! Feeling joy, happiness, clarity, steadiness, and calmness wash over me as I cleanse—cleansing, cleansing—releasing the weight of past sorrows, letting go of the pain, and expanding my consciousness. I realize that love is not just about who stays or who leaves; it is about the energy we cultivate within ourselves. Love is not something to be begged for—it is something to be radiated.

And that’s when it hit me. Love is the most powerful door opener to the land of peace. With the key of love, everything becomes possible. Love is a creation, a force of transformation. In the blink of an eye, so much can change. A single careless word can cast a shadow over someone’s day, just as a loving word can brighten it. This is why we must be mindful—radiating love, speaking with kindness, and spreading warmth wherever we go.

That experience taught me that love is not just about receiving; it is about giving freely, without expectations. If you love someone, let them know—not just through fleeting words, but through actions that leave no doubt. Be present. Show them that they matter. Because the perfect moment is not in the distant future—it is now. If we keep postponing love, we may one day realize its importance, but by then, the moment to express it may have already passed.

But even beyond loving others, we must first love ourselves. Keep visiting your inner self, for that is where true peace resides. No need to search elsewhere—it is within your heart, waiting to be embraced. When we become love, when we become light, we become a source of peace not just for ourselves, but for the entire world.

The world needs our love. Let’s give it freely.
