    In today’s fast-paced world, there is an unending need to accomplish more, do more, and move quicker. This constant speed typically causes stress, worry, and a chronic sense of being overwhelmed. We move from one duty to the next without pausing. True knowledge, on the other hand, comes from realizing that haste and urgency frequently degrade the quality of our experiences and our ability to be fully present.   By slowing down and adopting a calm demeanor, we can approach each task and interaction with greater intention and clarity.

    There was a time in my life when everything felt heavy, like I was carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders. Nothing seemed to go right, and no matter how much I tried, I couldn’t shake the feeling of being trapped in a cycle of pain and disappointment. I questioned everything—my purpose, my worth, even the reason for my existence. I felt lost, as if I were standing in the middle of a storm with no shelter in sight.

    One evening, lost in my thoughts, I stepped outside and looked up at the sky. The vastness of it took my breath away. It wasn’t just an empty space; it was alive with shifting clouds, twinkling stars, and the gentle glow of the moon. I realized that even the sky has its storms—moments of darkness and turbulence—but it also holds breathtaking sunrises, golden sunsets, and clear, peaceful nights. And isn’t that just like life? The ups and downs, the storms and the stillness—they all have their place in our journey.
