  • Be Content

    People very often ask me how do I stay always content ? Well !! I too have a pain, I go through crisis but I have managed to get through them and come out the other side. When I become worried for the topics grows in me, I may be wake up middle of the night in the moment world is very quiet. Sometimes I become fearful by thinking, how I am going to survive rest of my life or how my son or my Mom is going to live. My body stays in my bed but I just go to the place where Swan swimming around the lake, where Beautiful crane, Heron, flamingos, and magnificent Scarlet, feeds, I become peaceful. I focus on lakes still waters beckon with stunning scenery and feel I am surrounded by divine light coming from above. Then I just rest with the world, I feel free and fill myself with unconditional Love. I look to the future and trust that everything is going to be ok . My creator doesn’t give anything which I cant manage. That is my secret of stay in balance and content  CR

    Time is passing and in this turn of my life, I am becoming more understanding, more compassionate to those blessings and Love which I receive daily basis. They are priceless. We should be grateful to those. Those are the energy which fills our heart with comfort and Joy. They lift the heaviness from our heart and help us to breathe easier. Those daily blessings and loves are like pure oxygen to breath and gain strength and feel the warmness of home. It is like good food when we are starving, the soothing sunshine in a cold day.
