After breaking up from your partner or Lover, you may feel down or used. You may feel stupid for not knowing that you were being deceived on, You may feel angry, or sad, or abandoned, whatever you’re feeling, you can get over it.
If you feel angry day by day. Just cool down and understand that you make wrong decisions when you’re fuming with anger. Anger is evil. It’s probably best that you feel sad or depressed about the breakup than angry…this is because once again….you will make wrong decisions if you feel like you need revenge. Anything you do should be for yourself. Not to make your ex jealous. Not to make your “replacement” upset. You should chill out and have fun. Take care of yourself . It is The only way you can accept new happiness, joy into your life is to make room for it. If your heart is filled full-up with pain and hurt, how can you be open to anything new? Let them go and make a space for new possibility, joy happiness. Focus on NOW.
