Fasting in Ramadan is not only giving up food. You need to strictly give up anger, cheat on another, avoid all kind of evil action. On the other hand, be calm, serene, be kind, be compassionate, Practice empathy, release bad ego, jealousy, and straighten your own self from within. When we fast we directly experience the pain of hungry people and we become kind, compassionate and grateful. We become more aware of others feeling and feel connection between one human being to another. You will start feeling oneness with all human beings regardless of religion, borders or labels. We are ONE human Race. Fasting also detox our body, fasting allows our entire body to take rest from the breaking down food. During the Fasting in Ramadan for thirty days is a powerful practice. It will help us to restore and strengthen our focus, direction, balance and purpose to our lives. Happy Ramadan everybody. This is a wonderful training time for become a better you. The Mind is like a vast ocean. The Surface can be very restless and wavy, but we need to clear our minds by eliminating all negativity and earthly conditions. In life, once in a while we all face a relationship crisis. At a certain point you have to shut the door on a relationship. As a matter of fact that is also part of our creator’s plan. Please don’t beat yourself up. Stop blaming yourself. It’s not your fault. Your peace is very important. YOU can’t change anyone. Some people will never change. They don’t want to change. They just pretend to be asleep. Stay happy. Ask help from God. Stay true to yourself. Take a walk in the park. There is an ample amount of beautiful things and that’s going to lift you up, make you happy. Observe the activities of Birds, see a laughing child, notice the nature in bloom. Keep focusing on these miraculous things. Don’t worry about other people’s opinion. Trust me, God has your back. Relax. Have fun. There is nothing more important than feeling great. Enjoy the beauty. Enjoy life

If you feel God’s door is open, that means our creator made it that way. If you feel God’s door is closed, that is also creator’s plan. All of us experience change in our lives. Change is the one constant in our lives. There are changes that we look forward to and change that we fear. However, one thing is for sure. Things will not stay the same no matter how much we would like them too. When a life change occurs, we have two choices in how to respond. We can despair that a change has come and assume that things will be worse, or we can look with excitement at the new possibilities that the change presents. Please do not question about God’s plan just because it is not likable for you or it is not the way you planned things to be. Let our creator do as he sees appropriate, let him order your steps. Lead your life in faith knowing all good or bad things are being done for our good. Be blessed and don’t question about God’s action. Develop faith and trust the process. God is good.

There are some people no matter how much you try to be their friend, they will spray bitterness towards you. Once, I’ve felt so bad and went to one of my colleague’s office. She is 64 years old black American lady and very intelligent one. I said, hey Geneta, I need a Hug. I told her my situation, then I asked her “why are they hating me, even though I am so nice to them?” She answered “don’t worry, it’s not your fault honey. It’s them who stayed in the dark too long. Your light is so bright and shiny that they feel uncomfortable.” Be strong, continue to spread your light and guide other people to the correct path.

Love yourself . Forgiving yourself is very essential. When you forgive yourself, you heal yourself and heal others. Just let go of what you are holding against yourself so that you can move ahead. When you forgive yourself that’s when the healing begins

Spring is here. I am enjoying the warm weather. Taking a walk is one of the best way. I don’t have to make any big plans; all I need to do is put my shoes on and head on out into the awesome Outdoors. It can be around my neighborhood, at a park, I just love taking a walk and soaking up all of that warm weather and fresh spring breeze. Ahh breath in some fresh air and exhale all negativity.

From bottom of my heart I firmly believe & trust that my divine love for others will help, heal and fortify their being & existence.

God loves us very much to promote us before we are ready. God is preparing us for remarkable things. He will lead and strengthened you as you go. Don’t try to prevent the change, just accept and surrender to the mighty hand of God; when time comes he will lift you up and honored before a watching world.Just be patient and trust the process of God.

when I woke up this morning, I came out to the overcast skies, beautiful cooling breezes blowing in our windows, Birds chirping, there is nothing quite like beautiful pink cherry blossoms blooming in spring. These petals fell down and covered the paved streets. It looks like a pink carpeted paths. I realized that this is a sneak peak of the beauty of heaven. My whole being gave a big sigh of relief. Felt so relaxed… Ah~~~~Spring is here

It’s been a rough week with a new Project at work, but today is better and it does my heart good to get out and see all the beauty around me. So just drove down to the country side to see the beauty of the nature and about wandering through trees to see what’s flourishing and what is on its way out, seeing on new born Fawns and growing ducklings, baby Geese, I just had marvelous time with nature !! So thankful to God.
