You may see this hands are wrinkled…but in my eyes they are filled with Love and wisdom. The world is Divine and sacred. We are sacred. Our all life is dedicated to the service of God. Our everyday prayers are surrender on the lips of breaking waves, our prayers are whispering of the trees and the shimmering of flowers.

When we fast we directly experience the pain of hungry people and we become kind, compassionate and grateful. We are ONE human Race. Fasting also detox our body, fasting allows our entire body to take rest from the breaking down food. During the Fasting in Ramadan for thirty days is a powerful practice. If you feel God’s door is open, that means our creator made it that way. If you feel God’s door is closed, that is also creator’s plan. All of us experience change in our lives. Change is the one constant in our lives. There are changes that we look forward to and change that we fear. However, one thing is for sure. Things will not stay the same no matter how much we would like them too. When a life change occurs, we have two choices in how to respond. We can despair that a change has come and assume that things will be worse, or we can look with excitement at the new possibilities that the change presents.
