There are some people no matter how much you try to be their friend, they will spray bitterness towards you. Once, I’ve felt so bad and went to one of my colleague’s office. She is 64 years old black American lady and very intelligent one. I said, hey Geneta, I need a Hug. I told her my situation, then I asked her “why are they hating me, even though I am so nice to them?” She answered “don’t worry, it’s not your fault honey. It’s them who stayed in the dark too long. Your light is so bright and shiny that they feel uncomfortable.” Be strong, continue to spread your light and guide other people to the correct path.

Love yourself . Forgiving yourself is very essential. When you forgive yourself, you heal yourself and heal others. Just let go of what you are holding against yourself so that you can move ahead. When you forgive yourself that’s when the healing begins

Spring is here. I am enjoying the warm weather. Taking a walk is one of the best way. I don’t have to make any big plans; all I need to do is put my shoes on and head on out into the awesome Outdoors. It can be around my neighborhood, at a park, I just love taking a walk and soaking up all of that warm weather and fresh spring breeze. Ahh breath in some fresh air and exhale all negativity.

From bottom of my heart I firmly believe & trust that my divine love for others will help, heal and fortify their being & existence.

when I woke up this morning, I came out to the overcast skies, beautiful cooling breezes blowing in our windows, Birds chirping, there is nothing quite like beautiful pink cherry blossoms blooming in spring. These petals fell down and covered the paved streets. It looks like a pink carpeted paths. I realized that this is a sneak peak of the beauty of heaven. My whole being gave a big sigh of relief. Felt so relaxed… Ah~~~~Spring is here

It’s been a rough week with a new Project at work, but today is better and it does my heart good to get out and see all the beauty around me. So just drove down to the country side to see the beauty of the nature and about wandering through trees to see what’s flourishing and what is on its way out, seeing on new born Fawns and growing ducklings, baby Geese, I just had marvelous time with nature !! So thankful to God.

Some of you might think spirituality means something exceptional or different than usual things. I believe spirituality means we become very closer and connected with our divine source/Creator.

Our life is very interesting. Isn’t it? We all go through struggles in life. It’s like a combat. sometimes we win. sometimes times we lose but we never stop fighting for what we believe in. I agree with you; life can be very hard, just be patient and hang in there. The good news is~ the tough time never stays. If you aren’t strong in difficult time, you don’t really enjoy good times. Sorrow, happiness, pain, the joy they come and go. These are the pattern of cosmos.The awareness, stillness, open and present in this moment that we really are. Just observe, do not judge, notice, trust that moment and trust yourself !!!

Women need to feel confident that they can excel, and that they have talent, skills, potential and capabilities that equal men’s. Be always ready, be open to any and all opportunities to learn, women should believe in to their own capabilities and skills and be willing to try new things. Stop any discussions that characterize differences between men’s vs. women’s leadership styles. Focus on your strengths and always move forward knowing you can succeed at what you choose to do. Be yourself Women need to feel confident that they can excel, and that they have talent, skills, potential and capabilities that equal men’s. Be always ready, be open to any and all opportunities to learn, women should believe in to their own capabilities and skills and be willing to try new things.
