In my life I have laughed with people who have said horrible things about me and they think I am not aware of that . I’ve been nice to them even though they’ve wronged me. I usually pray for them because, deep down, they might be fighting their own hard battle. Accept them as they are. We cannot change them but we can change our perception and be kind to them anyway. With your loving thoughts and prayers they will transform and get peace of mind. To balance this earth it is very necessary to spread peace and love energy. I love you divinely – <3

Everyone is born and dies, but our goal should be make every moment matter. Utilize your intellect and passion by helping others. Open your arms and be kind and do something for others. Yes it can be one at a time. It does not have to be big. It can be things such as:- help them re-establish savings, restore dignity, strengthen others by showing them the correct path, guide them to pick Love instead of hate, rebuild their lives, or offering them jobs to become to build a foundation in their family and staying on the correct path. 

 Very often most of us focusing on daily stress of life. We need to stop focusing on how stressed we are and we should appreciate and remember how blessed we are. Few years back I was sitting down in our Sunroom. I was kind of upset and having discussion with God. I was begging for a miracle to my lord. All of a sudden felt a beautiful breeze touched my face and hairs. In that very moment my son came to me and staring at me. Then I realize here is the great miracle in front of my eyes. Yes miracles are everywhere. Just make yourself open and be receptive I am a woman. I am not weak. My family calls me Ocean and Banyan Tree. I have never bow my head to anyone except God. I’m a fighter, not a quitter. I believe women and men have equal rights. I also like to make sure there should not be any question about men and women.We complete each other. During that challenging time be patient, be strong, and be calm. Life is full of ups and down. Don’t stress yourself trying to find a solution from outside. Go deep within yourself and take the opportunity to find your own power. You are powerful. You are loved by our Creator.

I am so grateful for every heartache, every broken tear and every cry of grief. If I had not gone through pain or heartache , I would not know the the true beauty of joy and happiness. Pain is our friend” because it is our body’s alarm system to alert us that something is wrong. so we can take care of ourselves before it is out of control.

Time is passing and in this turn of my life, I am becoming more understanding, more compassionate to those blessings and Love which I receive daily basis. They are priceless. We should be grateful to those. Those are the energy which fills our heart with comfort and Joy. They lift the heaviness from our heart and help us to breathe easier. Those daily blessings and loves are like pure oxygen to breath and gain strength and feel the warmness of home. It is like good food when we are starving, the soothing sunshine in a cold day. I am very grateful to their daily blessings and Love.

People very often ask me how do I stay always content ? Well !! I too have a pain, I go through crisis but I have managed to get through them and come out the other side.When I become worried for the topics grows in me, I may be wake up middle of the night in the moment world is very quiet. Sometimes I become fearful by thinking, how I am going to survive rest of my life or how my son or my Mom is going to live.My body stays in my bed but I just go to the place where Swan swimming around the lake, where Beautiful crane, Heron, flamingos, and magnificent Scarlet, feeds, I become peaceful.I focus on lakes still waters beckon with stunning scenery and feel I am surrounded by divine light coming from above. Then I just rest with the world, I feel free and fill myself with unconditional Love. I look to the future and trust that everything is going to be ok .My creator doesn’t give anything which I cant manage. That is my secret of stay in balance and content
